Katherine Kraus is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in evidence-based psychotherapy for older adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and ADHD. To ensure individualized care, she intentionally integrates psychoeducation with targeted strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Activation. Her collaborative approach helps clients develop practical coping skills while fostering deep self-awareness and lasting personal growth. Her clinical foundation includes supporting individuals, families, and groups through complex psychosocial and mental health challenges across a variety of therapeutic settings. Katherine earned her bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her master’s in Social Work from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service.
