Admin Team

At Contemporary Care, the patient comes first.

As one of the largest private practices in the Northeast, we have assembled a dedicated, well-trained staff that has been stratified into several separate but well-integrated departments to assist with all administrative needs. We appreciate that having administrative assistance is a vital component of the Contemporary Care experience. We have spared nothing in creating a well-oiled machine to provide our patients with a seamless service that minimizes the delays and frustrations of modern outpatient care. Our high morale and team atmosphere have been key to our success.

Just as a toothache cannot wait for relief, psychological pain cannot wait; every minute feels like an hour. Here at CC, we pride ourselves on getting patients within 24-72 hours of calling. We realize the importance of getting new patient appointments on time.  Our dedicated scheduling desk will match patients with the appropriate clinician faster than any other practice in the area.

While most providers are moving towards the fee-for-service model, we are one of the few practices that allow patients to use their insurance to see highly skilled clinicians. We take most insurances, including Medicare. Our experienced billing department is especially adept at dealing with all insurance and billing-related issues.

We have multiple staff members whose sole job is to ensure that prescription refills are provided quickly and efficiently.

In this age, insurance is making it increasingly complex to get medications approved. We have a brilliant PA desk that works its magic to get PA authorizations for medications most seamlessly. We also provide sample medications when available to bridge the gap until approval of PAs.

As one of the largest ketamine (Spravato) and TMS practices in the nation, we are second to none in getting TMS and ketamine approved for our patients. Our specialized team has developed important relationships with all insurances to get approval in situations where others fail, and to do so faster than most.

Complications are rare in our well-oiled machine, but if they do occur, our management team is ready and eager to lend a helping hand. Suffering from psychiatric troubles is a heavy burden. The last thing our patients need is to be entwined in bureaucratic entanglements. Our goal is to make the CC experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. Our staff is committed to making this journey as easy as possible.
