Dr. Ricque Lynn Brister, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 30 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions. A graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Dr. Brister has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients living with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and complex psychiatric conditions.
She has served in clinical, academic, and leadership roles, including medical directorship of inpatient programs, and is licensed to practice in CT, Texas, Florida, and California. Known for her integrative and patient-centered approach, Dr. Brister combines medical expertise with a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve stability, resilience, and improved quality of life.
