yes,
if you do not have insurance or you have insurance that we do not accept, we do offer self pay rates on a scale based on credential of the provider seen
A co-payment is a set payment made at the time a service is received. Co-payments can vary greatly among insurance plans, so check with your provider to find out how much you may have to pay. We ask that you pay your co-payment on the date of service.
A deductible is the amount of money you must pay before the insurance company begins covering part or all of your medical expenses. Deductibles can vary greatly among insurance plans and types of service. Please check with your insurance company to find out if you have a deductible.
If we do not take your insurance, we do accept fee for service patients and charge highly reasonable self-pay rates with sliding scales for those who cannot afford our rates. We will provide you documentation and help you get paid from your insurance as an out of network benefit.
You can still do TMS and Spravato/ketamine with us using ‘out of network’ benefits that we will negotiate on your behalf prior to embarking on the treatment.
If you insurance will not work with us for out of network coverage, we can always negotiate a private self pay rate at a rate that works for you
We don’t take Medicaid at this time. For help finding clinicians that do, we recommend using Zocdoc.com,
PsychologyToday.com, or your state’s Medicaid website. If you have a primary care doctor, they may be able to provide a referral.
Please contact our office if you do not see your insurance plan listed.
